Short description of my experience : 1. Quoted £109 for front break pads including labour 2. No phone call before my visit to let me know that cannot find the parts so only option is to get those from a main dealership (Parts only £137 + labour = £200+) or just take car elsewhere 3. Decided to give a go as did not want to waste my time even though not happy about being told about this on the day 4. No phone call to let me know car is ready for a collection so had to check myself (tried a phone number but automatically re diverted to a voicemail - multiple times) 5. Eventually I went to check whether a car was ready, and fortunately was ready .. (Service station closes at 5pm I was there 4.45 ) Assuming if I did not go to check I would have had to collect next day ? Other than that everything was okay, but unfortunately a customer service requires improvement . My advice double check everything even after booking a service...
