Recently had my MOT done at this centre but previously also had my timing belt done which was a much bigger job. Both done to an excellent standard with excellent customer care and both parts and consumables high quality. All the above also very competitively priced. Recommended.

Job was front wheel alignment, steering wheel wasn’t even set straight, gave me three reports stating they tried to sort it three times, really? Three times an the steering wheel isn’t straight. Said to come back for them to look into it, no chance one to avoid. Kwick fit sorted it first time no problems

Very friendly staff, will go back. Service was done on time although it did cost more than quoted due to oil! Which was explained on the email when i booked it but it wasnt explained than my truck needed this so i questioned it at time of payment as i didnt know my truck needed the special oil No drama had front brakes done same time Thanks guys

Always on the lookout for a bargain, when it was time for my cars annual full service and MOT I started shopping round and found In’n’Out Autocentres, a new garage to me, were one of the cheapest options – so I requested to book in, and was offered a slot that suited my availability perfectly. The garage is easy to find, and located right by the business park zone of Reading, perfect as it meant I could still head into the office while the car was being sorted. On dropping off the car, the staff were friendly and immediately pulled up my details. The building looks brand new, and should you be waiting onsite the customer waiting area looked perfectly comfortable (clean, Covid-safe and had a customer toilet available). Once the team had looked at my car, I received an email with a video attached, with a mechanic literally showing me my car, and the faults they identified – along with a narration of recommendations. Never had that before, and I must say it’s very reassuring to see what they’re quoting for it actually there in front of you needing work. At the bottom of the page with the video there’s a tick box to select the work you want them to do and the line-by-line prices - and a submit button. Brilliant! On collection, the team were again friendly and welcoming. They had all my documents ready to go and not more than 5 minutes later I was out with my car. The whole experience left me feeling that I could trust the mechanics, and what they were charging for – something I’ve not felt with some other garages. I will certainly be going back next year.

Reception desk clock was 1 to 2 minutes fast of actual time. I had to ask for re-issue of MOT because of a mistake in mileage unit.
