Took car in for full service and mot, took about 2 1/2 hours. Got a video sent to my mobile off the mechanic showing what he'd done and help on the advisorys. Really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Time, price and overall service i cannot fault. Would highly recommend.

I booked my car (a 2017 1 Litre eco boost Fiesta) into the In n Out Autocentre in Bristol having been given a good quoted price for a Major Service +MOT. I rang with trepidation as I needed to have the car booked in for a specific day. I was delighted that the Manager at the Centre was only too pleased to accommodate my request. I left the car with the Centre and after 2 hours I was telephoned to say that the car was ready having agreed a couple of small parts to enable the pass. When I collected the car I was delighted to see the extensive list of checks done on the car in addition to the comprehensive major service. In my opinion the total cost to me was approximately half what I would have paid at the main Ford Dealer. I have used In n Out on a number of occasions and not just for servicing but also for replacement parts and spped of obtaining those parts at excellent prices. I cant recommend them enough and I have a left a 5* review on Trust Pilot. David Shires, Bristol
