Quick and efficient! Was finished by the time they said. Told me what it had failed it’s MOT on and then they gave me chance to get it sorted and take it back. Literally booked me in the first thing the next day for a retest. 5 stars from me

Vary Professional, did exactly what was needed and no more.

Really disappointed. Turned up to get my battery changed after accepting a quote they sent via MyCarNeedsA. When I went to hand my keys over they said they had quoted incorrectly and the cost of the battery would be considerably higher than they quoted. Why did I have to turn up to find this out when they had my contact details and could have called? Not even a sorry from the guys on reception.

I found the team at in and out Reading to be very helpful and professional. The office is set out safely with consideration given to the current pandemic, and customer safety. The job was carried out, no questions asked, and exactly on quote. Very happy with the service.
