Absolutely dreadful. Got quoted £54 for required job to be told once i got there that it would be £120. Would mot recover and definitely won't use again

I thought the IN’n’ OUT Autocentres Basildon we’re very professional and friendly good value for money. Only paid the money that I was quoted for. Was really pleased with the service that I received. Would definitely use this garage again.

I do not know as they said they sent me a video but I am still waiting for it I left countless msgs for them to contact me but only got their office in London but it was different when they parked my car so they couldn't close up and they were always ringing me isn't it funny when you need to speak to them they don't answer they ring you when they when they park your car that blocks them only because my mate picked my keys up and had to shoot straight to pick me up from work also they should incorporate everything In the price I was told it would cost 100 pounds but cause they didn't tell me in full it actually cost me 153 pounds please be aware as the extra cost was for the oil the car uses so when they quote for a service add at least another 50 on top for the oil

Not impressed had to change the day I needed to book my MOT and they couldn't even do that right

I had my car serviced and MOT'd today. Really pleased with everything done at Kettering. Friendly, good value and completed in good time. I'll definitely come back to you next time.
