The service that I received off Ash was first class, he told me any problems with my air con, take it back and my car will be taken for a leakage test, then refilled at his expense.

Dear Scott Hamilton CEO, Thank you for your courtesy email, but I have bad news for you regarding my regas job at IN n OUT garage at Pudsey Leeds. I logged a frauds complain against the company who were to con me hundreds of pounds but as I am former mechanic, a magistrate [JP] and a driving Instructor, I sensed suspicion of abnormal dealing and taken the job to Kwickfit Bradford and saved from being conned. I registered with you for the quotes for A/C gas refill, on 11/7/20. I got few quotes the next day and after considering carefully I accepted the quote of £119.00 for the new type of gas on 20/7/21 and called their local branch in Pudsey Leeds and taken the car there at 11.30am on 20th July, after the car being in garage for an hour and half, the mechanic [Stewart} came and said it can not be done as the gas leaks straight, and you need to book it for a day to investigate the gas leak, I asked what is most likely fault? He said we do not know but probably the CONDENSER and if it is that then it would cost around £500- £600. Then I came home and after some research found the CONDENSER only costs £95. At Euoroparts, so I called the garage and they said their parts do not fit, which rang the bell as I always buy most parts from them without a single issue, so he said book it in and we will investigate and tell you after that, I booked the car on Mon.26th July between 9am -10am. After considering the whole episode yesterday, I decided to have the second opinion and took the car to KWICK Fit Bradford and they took the car in straightaway today at 1.45pm and Regased the air conditioning system without any leak or requiring any repairs at the cost of £129.95. with 12x months warranty to regas if it leaks. This is severe case of Dishonesty and fraud, imagine if I did not suspect a con, they would have only regased the car and charge me for expensive parts and labour which would not have been fitted. As a Magistrate I have easy access to legal system and may go further to sue this fraudulent company, but I will await the result of the IN n OUT company’s investigation to take the case further.

There was some confusion over booking , however the guys said no problem just leave it with us and it’ll be done in 1/2 hour , then the re gas didn’t work so they didn’t charge us . They were very apologetic and were all really friendly

A game of two halves. I took my car for a aircon service. I noticed an entrance on the way to the car park, and we (my wife and I ) went through it into the waiting room and through to the reception desk. We did not notice that was the 'Exit' door for their one way system. We waited at the counter for a minute or so then a man walked from the workshop to the desk, walked to the far end and said, "Up here!". At the other end of the counter was a square of perspex which we walked up to and booked in. "It will be done in about an hour, we'll give you a call". End of interview. We went back to the waiting room, it had three chairs each was occupied by people intent on their phones. We went out into the sun and drifted around, finally we returned, our car was into workshop but there was an empty seat for my wife to use, I stood outside. Finally my car was reversed out and the man who booked us in got out and said that there had been a problem but he knew a good place to take the car to have it fixed. He looked a bit put out when I said there was nothing wrong with it I just wanted it serviced. He then said I had better book it in again as it was too late to do it again. (Two days without a working aircon) Part two. We returned to be met by a different man who couldn't have been more helpful, and apologised that all the seats had been taken, lockingly we had taken measures to deal with the wait. On return we found the car outside with the doors open to allow the stuff they use to disinfect the aircon to clear. Finally told all was done and we could pay and take the car. We went to the perpex sheet and man one was there, "All done, these thing happen now and then." " Do I get a bit of discount for the hassle?", I asked. "No, you got two hours work for the price of one," Said he.

The service provided right from the off was very pleasant, great service and very enjoyable! Mike who took my call was very professional and confirmed everything I asked from services they offer to their prices! Car was booked in for service and MOT the next day and all work completed and car returned within 3 hours as promised! 1st time using this garage and I won't hesitate to take my car back, excellent work guys keep it up
