Not at all impressed, let down a second time. first time MOT last year I booked in on time and it took them close to three hours with no excuse, let that one go. This time when I got there at 2.30 pm sorry we phoned you to say this was already booked, but can fit me in at 4.30 pm. not the way to treat customers. Please consider the ratings as is.

Just had my MPV - mot — booked in really easy- and work done quick sharp Staff are friendly professional- workshop is clean and tidy - I had to change my mot date at last moment and had no problem getting it sorted the next day - advised family to use this garage - easy access and good parking - the MOT Price was one of the best around Hull that I’ve seen - will be back for other jobs when required Thanks to Graham and Andy
