Tried to book the car in for works through your website. They accepted the job and were supposed to get back to me to book a timeslot. Never heard back from them so very unimpressed

Absolutely terrible experience. I accepted this company based on the quote provided and therefore arranged to borrow a car so that I could drop mine off and made the 40min journey to this centre on the day they booked me in. I contacted them later on that day to check everything was ok only to be told that the booking system wasn't working and they didn't have any time to do the work on the day that I was booked in. Fortunately I didn't really need the car back immediately so they promised the work would be done the following day. The next day, around 2 in the afternoon I got a follow up call when they claimed that the initial quote was incorrect and the work would actually cost 4 times as much as they quoted. Allegedly it was the manager who called me but he was incredibly rude and pointed out that the quote provided originally was merely speculative. the email I got said nothing about this at all. Providing a low quote is clearly a complete scam intended just to get cars in so that they can quadruple the price so my advice is to avoid this company like the plague as they are just crooks.

I don’t know how this company is in business. I have tried twice to book a service and mot and they can’t even be bothered to reply. Somebody in that company needs the sack before they go bankrupt

The price originally quoted was not what was paid and when I first went to drop off the car the quote was significantly higher, this was later reduced but still higher than the original quote The staff are friendly and the job was completed in a morning
