Got an appointment booked straight after quote - full service and MOT. There was a slight miscommunication with times, I was told arrive at 0830 and I'd be straight in, but didnt get started until 10.30. Work carried out well and reasonable recommendations for work to be carried out in coming months, but all good on the day. Happy and will return.

I felt like I had been taken for a fool. My service ended up costing me £850. My conversation with the manager made me feel like I wouldn't get my car back unless the repairs were carried out immediately on my vehicle. In hindsight and further advice I should have collected my car nd taken it somewhere else for 2nd opinion. I am now in debt for next 3 months to the tune of £213 a month which i can ill afford as a single parent my kids will have to go without especially at Christmas. My anxiety levels are through the roof. So I won't be recommending this garage. Neither will I ever use a comparison sight for my car. Feeling totally taken advantage of as a woman who trusted the garage I was recommended on this sight. The likelihood of using garage again star was an error as I submitted my review.

Very friendly, helpful and informative staff - my only criticism would be that when I booked my car in I was told it would be ready to collect by 12 o'clock but it was actually much later. No complaints on the standard of work

I had a master service, two new tyres, break fluid replaced, tracking on all four wheels done and front brake pads replaced. Other than the tyres, I've not check over the work as yet so I can't state quality of work or trustworthiness really. Friendliness could do with a bit of work but everything was as expected and I would very probably use them again.

Very quick in what they do! Mostly jobs can be done here! No long waitings! The only thing was possibly being over charged if not negotiating appropriately!!
