Happy with the level of service and total costs for the work covered

Formula 1 as usual were excellent. Although their quote wasn't the most competitive they priced matched with a small reduction which allowed me to also book a service and MOT.

I've always had a great service from these guys. Used them for brakes, tyres, service, MOT's etc. and I can't fault them.

Although I’m very pleased with the service from A1 however, I am a little confused as I was quoted an all inclusive price of £125 but if specialist oil had to be added it would be £20 extra. However my total bill was £155 an extra £30. I didn’t realise this until I left the garage can you explain

I came to you for a general service, I was then quoted £575 for works you recommended needed doing on the vehicle. I questioned the works and your staff became argumentative and agitated, I have taken my car elsewhere and none of the work is required. I was a lone female and I was targeted for unnecessary additional works. This is not good practice and needs looking into.

Had an MOT and it was quick and fair. Great price too.
