I have just had an MOT on my car (I always use Formula 1 for both of my cars) and find them very helpful.

I have booked an appointment but when I went there they said sorry we don't have any appointment for you in system which I have cancelled my two jobs for this work. I have booked another appointment with them . When I went there for my second appointment which was at 4 clock and wait there till 5 clock but finally they give an excuse that you should not have any things in your car we need it fully empty. I have booked the third appointment for third appointment I went 10 minutes late because of my son appointment with health Visiter they said oh you came 10 minutes late we can't do it you need to book it again . But I understand that the fourth appointment with these people is just wasting my time . I went to another garage without any appointment and they have finished my work in 40 minutes .

Friendly service. Cheapest MOT quote and earliest available appointment. It was convenient to have evening appointment to be able to go after work. MOT was completed quickly and I was able to wait in the customer waiting room.

I had great service when i got there and they showed me what needed doing and went through the quote fully. Great service overall.

Quoted a job on mycarneedsa. Booked this in at the quoted price fine for Saturday morning. Got up early to have the car done while I waited so I killed a few hours having a mcdonald's and looking round pets at home. Only to find my car hadn't been touch and the part would not turn up untill half 1. (morning wasted) They kindly rebooked for the Sunday morning at half 10. I arrived at the garage to be told they won't be able to do this while I wait as it is a 6 to 10 hour job si will be charged more depending on how long it takes! Original quote was £142, I was told they can do it but would be looking £500 to £600. They completely wasted my time and I don't feel the mechanic wanted to do the job. I now have the car booked in at a different garage for £170. Clearly not 6 to 10 hours labour at that price. Just wanted an easy Sunday.
