The work carried out to my car by the mechanic was of a high standard, pity that the assistant manager who served me on the desk was so rude and unfriendly.

Very efficient service, we couldn't find the locking wheel nuts but there was no hurry to find them. They carried out the job well and were very friendly, communication excellent.

Good communication. Like to confirm what needs doing before going ahead with the work. Polite staff too.

Highly recommend, 1st class job on replacing the discs, pads and 2 front tyres on my saab 9-3.

I booked in for what I thought was a front brakes problem. They rang me to inform me it was a rear brake problem and re quoted for this new work. I assumed as they were the cheapest on this web site that the new work would be the cheapest too. BIG MISTAKE ! They quoted over the phone 15% HIGHER than if I check the prices again on here. Now had to take the time and trouble to invoke their price match guarantee, however it would have been easier if they had given me the best price in the first place for the new work ! Work was done quickly, staff friendly and covid safe.
