Really good efficient and well priced service. Went for a walk around the retail park and had a drink before I was called to return. Good work and the brakes work well!

Car was booked in for 11, they were running late and the car didn’t get in till 12:30, although they changed the pads within 30 mins but still charged for 1.5hrs

Equipment not working so not able to do mot

So pointless wouldn’t use either the garage or whocanfixmycar both useless

Refused to do the work! I emailed them twice to confirm the price which they agreed. Then phoned me after I dropped off my van to tell me they unquoted and won't be doing the job.

Very poor service, emailed me asking when I would like to be booked in, I explained that another garage had trouble getting the parts but this did not matter and I was then booked in for the work, the day before I was due to arrive I had a call explaining to me that the price was incorrect and that the parts would not arrive in time, they wouldn’t give me an exact price but that the cost would increase “significantly” I had booked time off work for this and feel very let down, DO NOT USE

Booked my car in I found the communication quite bad. I did not remember putting down what centre I wanted to go to have my work done in as I thought there was only one in Northampton. In the following emails it would have been an idea to re-emphasise what centre the Work was going to be carried out in.
