Upgraded to M.O.T and full service for only £118.00 ( great value) The staff were very friendly and the work was carried out efficiantly and i was kept informed of recomendations for service .. i.e brake fluid change which i declined but was good to be given option . Overall very pleased with service and price .

No issues, courteous staff. The pricing of the oil supplement a bit misleading, as I understand that a very small percentage doesn't require this. This brought the price up to another national service.

originally I had it diagnosed elsewhere because the stop start wasn't working and was told it needed a new battery , asked to change the battery which they did but they didn't do it correctly as they failed to follow the correct procedures ie allowing the ECU 20 minutes to close down before exchanging batteries, just drove it in popped the bonnet and swapped batteries. Then not clearing the ECU and recoding it to ensure the car has been informed it has a new battery, had to return next day to recode it which still didn't fix the problem returned again to be told it needed a clutch switch and they didn't know how long to fit it as" they hadn't done one on this type of car before, took it to dealers who diagnosed it and told me it didn't need a switch it needs a new AC/DC unit at a cost of over £1000, plus the £198 for 2 hours diagnostics and no car for 3 days the damage can be caused by exchanging batteries with the ECU still live I cant prove InNOut are to blame but I will never use again very costly lesson

The guys at the Norwich branch were really helpful and patient with me after being told I needed a fair bit of work done to my car, they were able to complete it all within the day and re-test. I particularly liked the video that was sent to me showing and discussing the issues, really helps develop trust in your mechanics!

Got what I paid for, they gave me the best quote Was booked in for 11 didn’t get in until 11:40 so had to wait around for a 5 minute diognostics so was a bit annoyed but apart from they they were friendly enough and apologetic so no qualms
