Took 4 days to get a call and couldn’t offfer me an appointment for a week later

Despite having issues booking through "My Car Needs a" they honoured the price and the MOT was done efficiently and effectively. Courteous and able to fit me in at short notice to suit me.

I was very disappointed with them at first couldn’t get in as the guy was in the workshop there was nobody on the desk then the job I went to get done was the total opposite to what they done I’m still left with the problem even tho they said they had fixed it. Just really disappointed with the service

Great garage. Can’t fault them. Booked in for front and rear brake pads. Left it with them while I went shopping. They phoned me when it was ready. And even told me that the back pads didn’t need replacing so saved me money with their honesty. Will definitely be using them again

Didn't bother to get in touch with me. I ended up having to find someone else. Save your time mynarneedsa is useless, your better off phoning a garage direct yourself.
