Quoted me for a job and turned out they had no equipment to do it… wasted my time and fuel

Well, I was booked in for work to be done my car on Saturday 21st and advised to leave my car with them. They also said they were very busy and probably would not get to mine until after lunch as they needed to get the more important vehicle services done first...ok then!!!. Then come 5pm (closing time) rang them as they had not rung me with an update. They answered and advised that they had not even got around to starting my car. Then to add salt to the wounds, they advised me that they would be closed on Sunday as having a new floor put in and would be at least one ramp down. My car was having the drivers window regulator fitted. Does that need a ramp? So was now being told it would be ready for me by 12.30 Monday 23rd May. Monday 12.30 came and went, nothing. Because I was working from home, I decided to give them until 5pm when I finish work. 5pm came and called them, to be advised that they had struggled to get to mine as they had issues with the new floor and wouldn't be finished until early Tuesday morning....good job I was not desperate for my car back. Finally got a call Tuesday morning, 9.30ish to say it was ready. Picked it up a 5.30, window working great. Absolutely no apology given for the delays!!!!!. Just telling me it was I pig of a job, and would probably not undertake the job again, (albeit in a jokular manor). So all in all will definitely not be using there again.

After agreeing to do job waited for my arrival 2 days later to tell me they couldn’t do the job. Waste of my time!

Tried to book an MOT but they don’t have any one qualified to do the job They even asked me if I know anyone looking for job as mot tester If I knew anyone I would of been in the garage looking for a mot Complete shower of shi*

Great service from these guys booked a appointment for a wheel alignment to be done. My appointment was for 14.30 but arrived 20 minutes early and they fitted me in which was convenient. Only issue was thier printer wasn't set up so was unable to be given the a print out which was mentioned when making the booking. But other than that I would definitely come back!

2nd time I have had work done, since the new garage has been located here. The staff are really good how they handle the customers and their work ethics are really of a high standard.

Price matched and less than anywhere else already to use again for my other car which needs service and mot shortly
