great friendly service

Since F1 taken over from Équipe at the Heywood site it has had an overhaul in the customer waiting area. Nice comfortable seating and fresh decor. The staff and in my case David was very helpful and informative. The job quoted on here ended up being a complete 4 wheel job of aligning/ balancing/ toe so the price was nothing like what was invoiced but the extra work was not pressured, it was my choice based on the findings of the techician who worked on my car. I have a busy worklife so getting everything done in the 1 visit appealed rather than numerous visits. I will be visiting again for my service later in the year.

Could't fault them. Collected my car from the office, and collected me to go and pick the car up. Slightly odd that they can't take debit card payments over the phone though.

Really happy with these guys. I'd been informed by a main dealer that both sets of brake pads needed replacing NOW. Forumla 1 called to say the rear pads had at least another 6 - 9 months left in them, thus chopping my bill in half!
