The work entailed was far more extensive than the £100 quoted for an MOT and basic service but I was given a discounted price (£450 off the price). I was advised about various checks which should have been performed over the years (the car is 10 years old) such as cooling system and these were actually annotated so that in future it will be known when these checks are due again. I was satisfied with the service and advised to call back in within a week and 2 weeks for work to be checked.

Not great. Car was not ready when I arrived as they had forgotten it needed a service as well as MOT. They worked hard to get it ready for my stated deadline, but were 20 minutes late. When I took the car, it was still showing a service overdue. I was advised this was because the brake fluid needed replacing or checking. I accept that this would have been extra cost, but surely the service should include everything required? After leaving the garage, the low oil warning appeared, so I had to return to have the oil topped up. Not great...

Quote was the most competitive around, however we were never contacted for booking and had to call ourself and kept being given a different price. The "master service" booked was only done as a "short service" and it cost us more than the master service we booked including £30 for wheel balancing we didn't ask for. However the price was still fair but for this reason wouldn't be likely to use again.

Despite being a busy centre, they always manage to get my car seen. Can't what value for money.

Took my car in for discs and pads all round. I was kept informed of the progress of the job, and I was happy with that. I was also shown the worn parts they had replaced.
