Very satisfied with Formula1.Price quoted for service and MOT was great, staff courteous and efficient. Waiting area comfortable ,with viewing area, TV, drinks facility, reading etc. Had a query quickly and carefully addressed by Customer services, so this is also a company that cares about its patrons. Great tyre prices also...will be going there for some soon!

A good quote and excellent value for money. They were friendly and professional. Only improvement I'd suggest is the call to book me in could of been quicker. I waited around a week - but they fit me in really quick once I had the call! Second time I've used them...no issues! Thanks chaps!

I invariably don’t leave reviews but I got my MOT done here and even though the retest is free once you get the work required to pass it I never returned there.... that shows I guess how little I enjoyed my customer experience with them! In my opinion they seem to enjoy telling you it has failed! And when they do explain what needs doing they are condescending and have no idea how to communicate effectively and assume you are the mechanic! I won’t return, and I would like to think that the feedback is useful and listened too, but I suspect it will be explained away. Thanks

They called me within an hour of selecting them on the site, I booked in easily and had no issues when I dropped the car off. Friendly and helpful, they called to let me know the result of my MOT and findings of the service (with recommended work needed and a price list) and again to say the car was ready to collect. They were happy to have it there all day so I could pick it up after work. The only issue (and it's very small) was that the price for the MOT and service was slightly more than quoted. I'd even double-checked before booking with them and had it confirmed that the price quoted was correct and included everything needed, VAT etc. When I was told the higher price I queried it and was told that was the standard price for the combined MOT and service. It really wasn't enough of an increase to get upset about, but even so I didn't think it was right after having it confirmed at the lower price. Apart from that no problems.

Fantastic tyre place , kind and friendly staff Tony the manager was top notch in fitting me in on the same day , brakes discs and brakes changed within the hour. Also took advantage of their 4 equal payments deal and have used the service before. Would deffentley recommend them to any one.

The guys did exactly What was needed within 20 minutes and also fitted in a short notice air con re-gas last minute for an excellent price. Many thanks.
