Took in for a service, was told i needed alot of extra work doing, even though i knew work had been carried out only months before so it didnt need doing.

As soon as I arrived at the garage one member of staff was very rude. They carried out the work before notifying me and also charged me for oil! Will not use again, only used out of convenience!

Excellent, staff are so professional, great knowledge and helpful. Make you feel at ease and explain what the problem may be with your car and how to resolve. Will be using this company again

Polite good service

Work promptly completed as promised meaning that my waiting and shopping time in Grantham was kept to a minimum. Very good value compared to similar offered in my local town. The only minus point was that the air filter wasn't delivered in time but the centre have promised to post it on to me first class by recorded delivery for me to fit. I was shown how to fit it to save me time and petrol money in returning to the centre. I was quite happy with that and it was my suggestion as easy to fit.
