If you quote for a job on a comparison site like mycarneedsa.com then that should be the price in the final receipt not 10% more for no additional work. Also would have been nice to know that we were a bit early MOTing the car for the first time so we ended up losing a Month in the process! Poor service on their part, had they advised it was better to wait we would have done and this would have been a top review, instead the overcharge and this make it feel like we were conned and that doesn’t sit well.

Break fluid leaking on my Range Rover Sport, could find a garage, they fitted me in the same day. At first they said its a big job but later called me and said actual its not what we thought and we will sort it quickly, next day car was ready, repaired a puncture, changed front tires at a very good price. Very trustworthy garage. You have a new customer thats for sure

Fantastic quick and efficient service

Went for the regas, unfortunately due to a leak, through a cracked pipe, unable to continue. No charge though, pleasant, professional, easy to find, Has a waiting room, but due to Covid no refreshments so take a drink with you,

Friendly efficient service although not the cheapest in town and the quote given through mycarneedsa can vary when you are contacted by the garage I didn't realise that and was stung for another £10 over the original quote. I have used F1 autocentre for a previous car so knew they provided quality work so the extra although unexpected is worth it over some dodgy back street garage. F1 autocentre has all the tools for the job and had no problems with my electronic parking brake were a smaller workshop may not be able too handle them. Car handles much better and the brakes no longer make the awful noise when pulling up to the traffic lights. Haven't heard of Roadx tyres before but they seem to be a quality budget tyre and only cost slightly more than most places sell part worns for so worth it in my eyes for a new tyre.

Felt like I was overcharged especially after I was told they'd cheated and just guessed what the problem was without actually doing the diagnostic that I'd paid for. That being said the work carried out has solved the problem so im happy in that sense. I usually stick to smaller less franchised garages that tend to not cost an arm and a leg so will probably stick to that in future.

Great job done. A bit more than expected but I was kept informed all the way thru.

This is my second time coming to F1 Autocentre Woodford Green and I always have great service here. Friendly staff, air-conditioned waiting room with a TV, great prices, easy to get in contact with and always polite.
