Excellent customer service, phoned to let me know of my mot fail and asked if I wanted them to go ahead with the works to rectify the issue. Not once did I feel pressured into them doing it

Website quotes a price of £40 but this ain't for all 4 wheel alignment,I was quoted a price of £89,when told the price was just for a little front wheel check and not actual alignment,I told them I would not pay the £89 pounds as could get cheaper elsewhere for £60 they did it for this price,They need more clarity on what they are charging for and not advertise for wheel alignment as this is not the truth,don't mind paying as the guys were good about the error in wording.

I knew my car needed full works as had done 20000 miles with no full service. Very friendly, kept me informed throughout. Even have help for payment plan if needed.

Tried calling twice after the day they were supposed to contact me, never got an answer, so I went somewhere else.
