The last time I needed them todo a service they had no one available to service a hybrid car , even though I had a booking . This time I booked mot and they had no testing staff . I think since formula 1 took over equip garage they have not treated the staff well and the business is going down hill I’m fed up

Fantastic service, thought I needed front and back brakes but was advised that only the rear needed replacing so a garage saved me money for once! Fast, friendly service so I’d highly recommend

Excellent value for money. Could have charged the online price as website not easy to negotiate! The car was fitted in that day and the technician behind the counter was very efficient

Booked my car in with f1 autocentre cowley based on a quote received through mycarneedsa.com for new disks and pads. I was then called the day before the work was due to be done to say they couldn’t do the work due to staff shortages. On calling to rebook they dismissed the original quote stating “my arneedsa always get quotes wrong” ultimately quoted near £500 more than the original quote for the work to be done.. needless to say I decided not to proceed and have booked the car in elsewhere.
