There was a bit of a mix up with my booking and when I came for service garage didn't expect me as they mistakenly booked me for a Month later.I had my car service and when came to pick it up I found out they did major service on it when I booked it for a full service instead which meant my bill came £50 higher than should.Fortunately I had a copy of an email that I sent when booking the service clearly stating what I was booking the car for and once I forwarded it to the person in charge I was able to get credit and pay for what I initially ordered.Overall I would say it is good value for money, friendly staff, just a bit disorganized which could be just simple miscommunication between the Mycardeedsa and the garage itself.
