Great service received today from a very friendly team at Parks Bathgate. The quote from www.mycarneedsa.com was honoured and I asked for a light bulb to be fitted this was fitted free of any additional labour charges. Upon arriving at the garage my car was booked in and I was offered a lift into town which was a really nice touch. I decided to make use of the waiting facilities on offer at the garage. Throughout the morning I was kept up to date with regular progress reports on how my repair was progressing and offered hot and cold drinks in a very clean waiting area that had free WiFi and a television which was welcome. The staff of the garage were very attentive to the needs of their customers. The service manager John Rice is a credit to this branch of Parks of Hamilton I have to say. John was able to sort out a small problem with my paperwork seamlessly and nothing was a problem for him or his team. Thank you John for what you done, it really is appreciated. Given the service I received today (along with a free wash, vac and air freshener!) I would happily recommend this garage to everyone. Many Thanks, S.P.
