Booked through mycarneeds site , was booked in for Saturday 2.15 at about 11am were contacted by Halfords saying they were busy and couldn't fit it in , we said we needed it and it was booked in and confirmed on by email by Halfords. After the conversation they agreed to fit it in , the work etc was great but I believe there should be more contact to assure times can be met.
