Booked my 2007 Renault Megane in to the Workshop at Gary Hutchinson Car Sales via MyCarNeedsA to have replacement brake discs and pads replaced as there was a very audiable grinding noise coming from the rear of the vehicle. This was my first time dealing with this particular workshop/dealership. So I just wanted to leave a review as the service and quality of work was excellent. Lyndsay in the office who I left the car in with was friendly and knowledgeable. She contacted me directly when an extra issue with the brake caliper was discovered. Talked me through the exact fault and advised on whether I needed a replacement. Again another call was made when the vehicle was ready for collection. Work was carried out very promptly. On collection of the vehicle, the replacement parts (discs, pads etc) were all shown to me and I was glad to have had the work carried out as they were in a sorry state. The payment transaction was quick and easy via card payment. A full invoice detailing breakdown of costs, parts and labour and full car health check was provided. Great to know that the car although only put in for replacement discs was also given a full inspection by qualified mechanics. Car is now back in tip top condition and the complimentary wash and valet was a very pleasing touch. Will certainly be using their services again for any issues with my car in future. Excellent communication, quality and price.
