It was my first time using Halfords Autocentre, Finchley. I was most impressed by their friendliness and reassuring manner when I arrived. My car was booked to have an MOT and an interim service in the morning, and it was ready for collection by 5.15 pm. I received a report from the car mechanic at the end with helpful feedback for the things I need to look out for in the future. The overall experience was good, although it would be nice to see my car being returned looking clean and polished at the end. That would make a great service!
