I was annoyed when I arrived having booked an appointment

I was annoyed when I arrived having booked an appointment (and having received text confirmation) to be told someone else has booked my appointment slot online. Very helpful staff arranged to do the work on my vehicle 30 minutes later. I would be cautious about using this booking system again if Garage cannot guarantee to keep to booked appointments. IT needs sorting - can’t fault the staff.
