Very responsive. Mechanic carrying out work got a little annoyed/impatient that I'd asked if they had ID, hence fewer stars for that part, but friendly, I felt reassured of security, chatty and informative otherwise. Quick, quality work. Did more than asked, charging a little more than quote, but beneficial.
