My main reason for choosing VSC Hounslow wasn’t because they were the cheapest, but because they are literally down the road from me. Setting up an appointment was easy and quick. On the day I dropped the car, I got a phone call from one of their technicians to let me know that only the front pads needed doing and the rear ones were fine, contrary to what the car , and the Mini dealer were telling me. Only the sensors needed replacing at the back. By doing that, they saved me about £50 on their initial quote, and a hell of a lot more compared to what Mini would have charged me, which was greatly appreciated. So yes, I will very likely ask them for a quote in the future.
