I chose this garage, despite the distance from my house, to carry out a repair on my Citroen based on two key factors: Firstly, the price quoted, whilst not the least expensive I received, was competitive and was provided with an explanatory narrative - which I appreciated. Secondly, there were a large number of very positive reviews on this site which indicated to me that this garage was consistently efficient, effective, helpful and trustworthy. On all counts, my decision was proved a good one. Upon accepting the quotation I was contacted quickly by Drew via telephone to enquire after a convenient time for the job to be carried out. I was under pressure of time due to family circumstances and Drew was very accommodating. Next day the job was completed, at the price agreed (despite some unforeseen challenges due to the makeup of my particular vehicle) and to agreed timescale. At all times I found Drew to be thoroughly professional, friendly and straightforward. I drove a not inconsiderable distance to use this garage but it was worth it and I will do so again no problem.
