Prompt and polite service and good value for money. Premises clean, organised and OK for public. Only shortfall is the "first come first served " policy ( no appoiuntments ) which is a pain if you are an out of town customer. Some appointmants should be included in the workshop programme. Also "My Car Needs" should highlight the no appointment policy.
