Unusually I leave a 3 star for would I use again when everything else is given 5 stars. Let me explain, everything that was done, was done properly and in a timely manner, everyone was friendly and I was given great advice about my car. The video review they do is also very thorough and hammers home that when they say work needs doing, it actually needs doing and they are not just making it up. I have no issue with the quality of work, or their work ethic, my car is much nice to drive now I have no issue with their customer service when in the store, I felt welcome and everyone was kind and approachable. However, when my car was returned, it had scratches on my passenger side exterior light cover, I only noticed this a day later, and without the ability to be able to prove that it was not there before I handed it in I have decided not to take it back and enter into a protracted debate of who possibly did what to my car. This is the only reason I would think twice on whether to return with my car next time, I like to take pride on how my car looks, despite it being 10 years old. This has slightly ruined it for me.
