The service was 1st class, I accepted the bid and I personally called Brook St as I wanted my car looking at the sameday. They called me back straight away to arrange the car being taken in. The cost for the full service was affordable and not overcharged. The repairs to the alternator brake discs and pads again where again affordable and the labour element was great too. The best service I have ever had as a woman going to a garage it’s critical to know you are getting the best service and not paying over the odds as a novice. (I’ve had quotes triple what I paid at Brook St Motors) Going back here again for all my car maintenance lovely friendly owner Mike was very helpful, reliable and honest. Thanks
