Team in-store were absolutely fantastic - explained things simply to me when I clearly had no idea what a particular part was, and managed to salvage a part for me thereby saving me money. On top of that they were all very friendly and still fit me in despite being nearly an hour late due to snowpocalypse... The only downside was that the main office that gave me the original quote didn't include the price of the fitting kit for the cat converter in the quote, which was a bit annoying.
