Absolutely unreal service, professional and polite. Had an issue with an oil leak and misfire on my 2.0TSI scirocco so wanted it to go to a specialist. Car picked up when they said - kept regularly updated, diagnosed same day and issue was different to first expected. Instead of ripping me off and doing both. Andy called me and explained the issue to make sure I was happy to go ahead. Car sorted, faults cleared down (previous garage didn’t do this) and been part replaced and sorted within 24 hours. Would recfomend to anyone with a VAG car as these gents are professional, honest and very skilled.
