No issues at all as a first time user with him. Polite, collected on time and did the job efficiently without fuss or issue. Also showed some flexibility when i altered the dates at the last minute when i brought the repair date forward a day. Really not much more to ask for. Isn't that all we want from a mechanical repair? (helps he had lowest quote as well !) Would recommend.
