Very courteous and friendly from the moment of arrival. They really went out of their way to help when I mentioned that I was a bit pushed for time due to unforeseen circumstances, and had the car ready without hanging onto it unnecessarily as has happened with other garages in the past. On collection, the car was vacuumed, washed and any problems were explained carefully. There was no pressure at all to get further works carried out, quite the opposite, in fact, a very fair appraisal of when work may need to be carried out was given. Very happy overall and will definately use again.
